Tapir



Beauty Of Animal | Tapir | A tapirs is a large mammal browsing, similar in shape to a pig, with a short snout and prehensile. Tapir inhabit jungle and forest regions of South America and Central America, and Southeast Asia. There are four species of tapir: Brazilian tapir, and the Malay tapir, tapir tapir and Baird mountains. And classified all four tapir species and endangered or vulnerable.

Closest relatives are the other strange fingers ungulates, including horses and rhinoceroses.Size vary between species, but most tapirs about 2 meters (7 feet) long, stand about a meter (3 feet) high at the shoulder and weighs between 150 and 300 kg (330-700 lb). Coats and short range in color from reddish brown to gray to almost black, with the notable exceptions of the Malayan tapir, which has a white saddle-shaped markings on its back, and the mountain tapir, which is the fur and Sophie.

All tapirs and oval, white-tipped ears, rounded, protruding buttocks with short tails, and splayed, hoofed toes, with four toes on the front and three hind legs, which help them to walk on the ground muddy and soft. The child from all tapir species, striped, and spotted coats for camouflage. Females have one pair of mammary glands.
